Individual Program

Picture
The Fit Minds Individual program is a personalised cognitive stimulation therapy program for any senior, regardless of ability.

Each session is customised to respond to the interests and abilities of the client. The content changes as they progress through the program. With over 3000 exercises in the database, you can offer you clients an enriching experience.

An intake session creates an individual’s cognitive profile. The Fit Minds proprietary platform creates each subsequent session based on the cognitive profile. The platform will adjust as the needs of your client changes.

Each session has a printed portion, which is completed by your client. You can also supplement the sessions with our optional manipulative kit.

Content of the Individual Program
Each session contains exercises to stimulate 5 different areas of the brain function:
  • language and music
  • visual/spatial orientation (time and space orientation)
  • memory
  • critical thinking
  • computation

Your session notes and assessment results are pulled into a reporting feature which allows you to generate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Reports can be shared via link with your clients, their families and the health care team.

Through the program, you will develop deep personal relationships with your clients.
